Spiritual musings on Deepavali

Towards the end you begin to realize that you are free and you just have to witness all that is happening without being worried about consequences.

We take so much pride in the body. But the concept of a body and the perception of separateness are the bonds that prevent absolute freedom.

The mind is the ultimate enemy. It is conjuring the world and making you suffer within it. No mind no world. No thoughts no worries.

We are programmed to run. Something within us enjoys the running. Something wants to run even faster. Something also realizes the futility of running. Something seeks an escape from it all. The cumulative effect of these feelings determines our future.

The world feeds off those who want to run. There are always those who will enjoy the running. But there will always be those who will see through the futility of it all.

There will never be a perfect world. The perfect world is beyond the world. It lies in absolute inaction and silence. Movement depends upon imperfection and without it, it will collapse.

Do not run after the illusion that you need to create a perfect world. That illusion will tire and eat into you without helping you in any way.

Reach the silence. At the bottom of the ocean lies the heaviest pearl that will satisfy all your longings by reminding you that you do not have any longing.

The truth is you are everything. It does not matter what is happening and where.

Happy homecoming of Lord Ram. He has manifested as Kalki to reset the world.
